Metamize Media currently provides services to businesses in the United States. Canadian availability may be added in the future. The website may be viewed from other locations, but Metamize Media's services are not currently intended for worldwide availability.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways depending on how you interact with Metamize Media.

2.2 Application, Onboarding, and Project Information
If you apply to work with Metamize Media or complete an onboarding form, we may collect and process information about your business, your current website, your goals, your services, your customers, your brand, your preferred content, and anything else you submit so we can evaluate, build, revise, launch, support, or maintain your website or related services.
2.3 Cold Outreach and Prospecting Information
For cold outreach and prospecting, Metamize Media primarily collects and uses business contact information, such as:

- business websites
- business email addresses
- business locations
- public business details
- names connected to a business role
- outreach status
- email delivery status
- follow-up status
- unsubscribe or suppression status
Some business information may still identify an individual, such as a business owner's name, email address, phone number, or messages sent to Metamize Media. If someone voluntarily provides additional personal information, we may process it only as needed to respond, evaluate fit, provide services, maintain records, comply with law, or respect opt-out requests.
2.4 Payment and Billing Information
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other payment providers. We may collect or receive limited payment and billing information, such as:

Metamize Media does not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVC codes, or complete payment credentials. Those are handled by Stripe or the applicable payment provider.
If payment is made by bank transfer, wire, or another direct payment method, Metamize Media may collect or process limited billing and payment information needed to receive, confirm, record, and account for that payment.

2.7 Future Account, Dashboard, AI Receptionist, and Automation Information
Metamize Media does not currently offer general user accounts, client logins, or public member dashboards for its homepage service.
If Metamize Media offers client portals, dashboards, AI receptionist tools, automation dashboards, CRM tools, booking systems, messaging systems, call handling services, or account-based services in the future, we may collect or process information such as:
- login credentials
- account settings
- usage activity
- permissions
- uploaded materials
- service configuration data

3. Client Customer Data
If Metamize Media provides AI receptionist, automation, CRM, call handling, booking, messaging, or related services in the future, we may process information about a client's customers only as needed to provide services to that client.
When Metamize Media processes a client's customer data through AI receptionist, automation, booking, messaging, CRM, or similar services, Metamize Media acts as a service provider or processor for that client unless otherwise stated. We use that customer data only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve, or support the service for the client, unless the client gives different instructions or permission.
Metamize Media does not claim ownership over a client's customer data.
4. Sensitive Information
Metamize Media does not require clients, prospects, or visitors to send sensitive personal information such as government identification, medical information, personal financial records, passwords, or private customer databases for the standard homepage service.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested and necessary for a service. If you send sensitive information voluntarily, we may process it only as needed to respond, provide services, comply with law, protect our rights, or delete it.
5. Children's Privacy
Metamize Media is intended for business owners, business representatives, and adults who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

You can opt out of marketing or cold outreach emails by replying "unsubscribe" or by contacting us at hello@metamizemedia.com. We may keep your email address or contact details on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Opting out of marketing emails does not necessarily stop service, billing, legal, security, or transactional communications related to an active service or business relationship.
9. Cookies, Analytics, Pixels, and Tracking
Metamize Media may use cookies, scripts, pixels, analytics tools, server logs, event tracking, or similar technologies to operate the website, understand visitor behavior, measure conversions, improve services, protect systems, or support marketing.
These tools may collect information such as pages visited, referral sources, device information, browser information, approximate location, event data, and technical identifiers.
We may use OpenPanel or similar analytics tools. We may also use, now or in the future, tools from Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar providers for analytics, conversion tracking, advertising, retargeting, remarketing, or campaign measurement.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers, devices, or extensions may block analytics or tracking technologies. If we use advertising or retargeting technologies that trigger additional opt-out rights under applicable law, you may contact us at hello@metamizemedia.com.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no single accepted standard for responding to those signals, our website may not respond to them automatically.
10. AI Tools, Contractors, and Service Providers
Metamize Media may use AI tools, software providers, contractors, freelancers, hosting providers, automation platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, CRM tools, design tools, development tools, or other service providers to operate the business and deliver services.
This may include using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, coding tools, design tools, automation tools, or similar services to help with copy, design, code, images, strategy, website setup, debugging, or client work.
We only share information with these providers as reasonably needed to operate the business, deliver services, process payments, provide support, improve workflows, comply with law, or protect our rights.
11. How We Share Information
Metamize Media does not knowingly sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We may share information with:
- payment processors, such as Stripe
- CRM, form, funnel, or pipeline platforms, such as Systeme.io
- form and onboarding tools, such as Typebot
- workflow automation tools, such as n8n
- email providers, such as Zoho Mail
- analytics providers, such as OpenPanel
- DNS, security, and performance providers, such as Cloudflare
- hosting and deployment providers, such as Hetzner, Coolify, or similar services
- AI, design, development, or productivity tools used to deliver services
- future AI receptionist, automation, call handling, CRM, messaging, calendar, or booking providers
- contractors, freelancers, or outside helpers who assist with client work
- professional advisors, such as accountants, lawyers, consultants, or bookkeepers
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities where required or permitted by law
- another party in connection with a business transfer, sale, merger, restructuring, financing, or acquisition
Service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate.
12. Client Materials, Portfolio, and Testimonials
Metamize Media will not use a client's business name, logo, testimonial, website screenshot, project result, or similar materials in public marketing or portfolio content without permission.
If a client gives permission, we may use approved testimonials, project examples, screenshots, business names, logos, or results for marketing, portfolio, sales, or promotional purposes.
13. International Storage and Transfers
Your information may be stored, processed, or transferred in Canada, the United States, and other countries where Metamize Media or its service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. By using Metamize Media's website or services, submitting information, or communicating with us, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.
14. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Our general retention practices are:
- Active client data is kept while the client relationship is active.
- Project records may be kept for up to 7 years for business, tax, legal, accounting, recordkeeping, and dispute purposes.
- Cold prospect data is kept until deleted, unsubscribed, suppressed, or no longer needed.
- Suppression and unsubscribe records may be kept indefinitely so we can avoid contacting someone again.
- Analytics data is kept according to the settings and retention practices of the analytics provider.
- Payment, invoice, billing, and tax records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal, audit, and compliance purposes.
We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
